smartSales installation FAQs

I cannot access the smartMobile download

• Ensure you are logged in to your existing Salesforce.com account. Not a current salesforce.com user? Contact info@smartmicros.com for instructions on installing smartSales.
• Using Internet Explorer? Add *.smartmicros.com to your trusted sites. Here’s how:
  1. From your internet browser, select “Tools”, then “Internet Options”.
  2. Select the “Security” tab, then click on “Trusted sites”.
  3. Select the “Sites” button, and type *.smartmicros.com, then click “Add.”
  4. Click OK to complete the change.
  
  

The smartMobile download did not occur

• You may be using a handset which is not currently supported by smartMobile. However, you can still use smartSales! Save http://sf.smartmicros.com in your favorites menu. SmartSales applications will be available through this browser link.
